Monday March 27 Ten years after + Canned Heat in Sala Bikini at 20.30. If you want some nostalgia, you’ve got it here in what’s being billed as the Woodstock Revival. Canned Heat? Now there’s perhaps the best example in music of a band that has had so many different line ups that nobody really knows who they are, not even themselves probably. Ten Years After made legends of themselves for their rendition of I’m Going Home at Woodstock, and the likes of I’d Love To Change The World are hippie anthems of the late sixties early seventies era. The original members tend to crawl out of the woodwork every five years or so for gigs like this.
